Bookings

1. Ask information about your dates sending an email to villamarimenorca@gmail.com 

2. As soon as possible you will receive information on availability and the total price of the stay for the dates you have requested.

3. If you decide to book, you have 3 days to do a reservation payment of 30% of the total amount, on the bank account that will be given to you. You can send us an email to indicate that you have made the transfer and a copy of the bank to have a document, while we wait for the money to arrive.

4. Once we receive the requested amount, we will send you a receipt of your reservation.

5. Remember that on the arrival day, you have to pay the rest of 70% of the reservation amount in cash. The amount of the deposit will also be paid upon arrival. ** If you wish, you can also pay within a minimum period of 20 days before arrival via bank transfer.

JUNE, SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER MINIMUM STAY OF 4 NIGHTS.

JULY AND AUGUST: MINIMUM STAY OF 7 NIGHTS.

• Checkin: From 15:00 to 20:00h (please contact via email or phone to indicate the arrival time)

• Checkout: Before 10:00h

• Pets: Small dogs under request.

• Touristic Tax: to pay at the checkin 2€ per person/day (+16 years old)

This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (+25 years old). 

No event or party are allowed

Reservations can be canceled 60 days before to arrival and 100% of the amount paid will be refunded (discounting transfer fees). Cancellations must be in writing or email, otherwise they will not be valid.

In the exceptional case that at the time of the stay in Villa Mari, the client cannot travel or receive accommodation services only due to the explicit prohibition of the Government of Spain, the 100% paid will be refunded (discounting the transfer fees). No refunds will be made if the client cannot travel due to personal covid situations.

On the arrival day and after conducting an inspection of the rented house together with the owner, the client must pay the owner 300€ as a security deposit/guarantee for the rent. The deposit will be refunded within a maximum period of five days after the end of the rental, and after verifying that the house, annexes and facilities have not suffered any damage during the rental period.
